NCCF Provides $20,000 in Emergency Grants
Open Doors and Person to Person are each receiving $10,000 grants this week to support their efforts in providing food and basic needs to our neighbors in Norwalk and Stamford. Both are long-time partners of NCCF, and in recent years have been grant recipients following our annual vetting process. But right now, we want to help with an extra boost given increased demand.

NCCF Opens Applications for Two Behavioral Health Grant Opportunities
The New Canaan Community Foundation is now accepting applications for two behavioral health grant opportunities, with proposals due by September 19 at 11:30 PM. Funding is available for systems-level initiatives in lower Fairfield County that strengthen behavioral health infrastructure, as well as New Canaan-based programs responding to the 2024 Community Health & Well-Being Survey.
