We are grateful to the dedicated community members who served as grant review volunteers this year. Their time, insight, and care helped guide thoughtful funding decisions across our priority areas of: Arts, Culture & Community Resources, Health & Behavioral Health, Human Services, Seniors & Special Needs and Youth & Education.

Community-led grant reviewers are essential to the New Canaan Community Foundation because they bring lived experience, local insight, and diverse perspectives into the decision-making process. By involving community members directly, the Foundation ensures that funding reflects real needs on the ground, strengthens trust, and leads to more thoughtful, equitable, and impactful grantmaking.
