Share Your Voice: The 2026 Community Health and Well-Being Survey Is Now Open

The New Canaan Behavioral Health Alliance has launched its second-ever Community Health and Well-Being Survey, and New Canaan adults are invited to take part throughout the month of October.

The survey asks residents to share their experiences and perspectives on health and well-being in our community. Your responses help local organizations, including the New Canaan Community Foundation and our Alliance partners, better understand where support is needed most and how to direct resources where they can make the greatest difference.

Why it matters

This survey has already shown what's possible. Information gathered in the 2024 survey helped shape real work in our community, and the Alliance website now features case studies showing what that data made possible. The more residents who take part this year, the clearer and more useful the picture becomes.

How you can help

If you live in New Canaan, please take the survey yourself. It only takes a few minutes. Then share it with your neighbors, friends, and family in town. A high response rate means results that truly reflect our whole community.

Thank you for helping make New Canaan a place where everyone can thrive.
