Volunteer Recognition Awards: Nominations Now Open Through October 30th

Every community has people who quietly show up, again and again, to make it a better place to live. In New Canaan, those people coach youth teams, deliver meals, serve on boards, organize drives, and lend a hand wherever one is needed. This December, New Canaan Community Foundation is proud to bring back the Volunteer Recognition Awards to honor them, and nominations are now open.

Celebrating the heart of our community

The Volunteer Recognition Awards celebrate community members whose dedication and generosity make a lasting difference in and around New Canaan. Their work often happens behind the scenes, but its impact is felt across our town, from the organizations they support to the neighbors they help every day.

Now is your chance to shine a light on a volunteer who inspires you. Whether it's a friend, neighbor, colleague, or someone whose efforts you've admired from afar, we want to hear their story. Submit your nomination before Friday, October 30th.
