Now Hiring: Program Associate Opening

New Canaan Community Foundation is looking for a Program Associate to join our small, close-knit staff. It's a full-time role at the heart of our work, supporting the grantmaking, scholarship, and Young Philanthropists programs that connect our community's generosity to the organizations doing the work on the ground.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the grant application process, from administration to reporting

• Support the scholarship program, from review through award

• Lead monthly meetings for the Young Philanthropist Program

• Help coordinate community leadership initiatives and events like the Grant Awards Coffee

• Keep New Canaan Community Foundation’s database and day-to-day operations running smoothly

NCCF awards more than $3 million annually in grants and scholarships to over 100 local nonprofits, work made possible by a team that's intentionally small and deeply collaborative. This role is a chance to be close to that impact.
