Carli joined the New Canaan Community Foundation as a Program Associate in 2026. With over a decade of experience in education and community-facing roles, she brings expertise in program coordination and community engagement. Her background spans early childhood education, museum work, and teaching—roles that have developed her research, customer service, and interpersonal skills while working directly with diverse audiences of visitors and families.

What drives her is a genuine interest in connecting with people, building up communities, and understanding their needs. Whether she's worked with young children, families, or broader community spaces, she's learned that listening carefully and being present matter deeply. Outside the office, you'll find her tending a vegetable garden with her fiancée or spending time with her two cats, Pixel and Glitch.
