Steering Committee

Joining the Young Philanthropist Fund Steering Committee at NCCF is simple. You need to fill out a YPF Application and send it in before the first YPF meeting in September. A YPF Application can be found on this site by clicking here.

Your completed application should be mailed to:
NCCF, YPF
21 Locust Avenue, Suite 1B
New Canaan, CT 06840

Once your application is received and processed, we will ask you to complete the following forms:

1. YPF Commitment Form
2. Waiver of Liability and Photo release
3. After school schedule.

The most important thing in applying is for you to make the commitment to participate!
