Join the YPF
Steering Committee

Joining the Young Philanthropist Fund Steering Committee at NCCF is simple. You need to fill out a YPF Participation Form and send it in before the first YPF meeting in September. This form can be found on the website by clicking here.

Your completed application should be mailed to NCCF, YPF, 111 Cherry Street, New Canaan, CT 06840.

Once your application is received and processed, we will ask you to complete the following forms:
YPF Commitment Form
Waiver of Liability and Photo Release
After-School Schedule.
